Baby Aubree – 14 Days Sweet {Spring Hill Brooksville FL Newborn Photographer
Posted on September 30, 2011
Believe it or not, little Aubree is only the second newborn girl session that I’ve done this year. And while I love every snugly baby boy session that I’ve been able to do this year (and have a pretty soft spot in my heart for baby boys since my youngest is a boy!) I was thrilled to get a chance to pull out the ruffles and lace and switch things up for a little bit!
Aubree was born the week before I had to go out of town. I did have a concern that since she would be at that two week mark at our session it would be hard to keep her sleeping for posing. However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. She basically slept through the entire session which provided the opportunity to get LOTS of different set-ups and shots. Its been tough to narrow it down – she just looks too precious in all of them!
At the very beginning of the session Aubree was wide awake and alert. It gave me the opportunity to get some eyes-wide-open shots. I love it when they’re awake and happy and I can get a few of these!

After a quick feed, she was out like a light and sweetly slept so I could pose her at will.
I just love this hat by Kangaroos & Coconuts. Aubree’s mommy, Kerri, loves purple. I purchased the hat months ago and have been saving it just for her!
Love this shot. Reminds me of a little Anne Geddes baby.
A session just isn’t complete without some baby smiles! I think she liked being cuddled up in my hooded cocoon from Marti’s Creations.
I love the opportunity to take a newborn outdoors. The cloud coverage was just perfect during Aubree’s session to run out and get a couple of sessions in the yard.
It’s obvious that Shane and Kerri are totally head-over-heels in love with their little girl!

Thank you, Shane and Kerri, for inviting me into your home, along with my ridiculously large selection of props, so that I could meet your little girl! It was such a pleasure!
Baby Greyson – 10 days sweet {Spring Hill Brooksville Wesley Chapel FL Newborn Photographer}

I was so excited to meet baby Greyson. I’ve known his Aunt for about three years now, and did another of his Aunt’s maternity pictures, his cousin’s pictures and his mommy’s maternity pictures. If we keep this up, I think I just might get to start being considered “family”!
Little Greyson’s daddy and mommy, Joel and Amy, are so sweet. It was extra nice to do their session since Amy has been pretty sick since Greyson’s birth. We had to reschedule a few times, but in the end it all worked out and we were able to get some super sweet pictures of their new little love.
Speaking of love – I LOVE this picture! It has got to be one of my all-time favorite baby smile pictures. He just looks so happy!

I love this too – simple and oh-so-sweet. He is SO adorable!

Aren’t they just a gorgeous family?!

I purchased this little visor from Merry Photo Props just for Greyson’s session and it fit just perfect. My favorite part of these pictures, though, is the sweet baby toes peeking out from underneath. Just precious.

Joel and Amy, thank you so much for once again inviting me to be a part of your families memories. It was a pleasure getting to spend quality snuggle time with Greyson. I look forward to watching him grow right along with you!
Little Man Carson – 6 months sweet {Spring Hill FL Baby Photographer}
Posted on September 26, 2011
While this isn’t technically a sneak peek (Carson’s mommy already has his gallery!) I couldn’t NOT post at least a few of Carson’s pictures on the blog. He is simply just TOO CUTE! He is such a sweet natured little guy, so full of smiles and wide-eyed wonder. He didn’t make a single un-happy peep the entire session!
Just look at those eyes and those little chipmunk cheeks!

This was one of the few pictures of Carson actually looking at the camera while in the log. He was fascinated by the fuzzy fur he was sitting in. Such a funny age! Adorable owl hat by my sweet friend over at Kangaroos & Coconuts.

I love baby giggles! And look at those lashes – so handsome! Carson is bound to be a little heart-breaker.

I love this picture. It is just quintessential 6-months. The sitting – the grin – the fuzzy hair – the curled up little toes – perfect.

Thank you, Brandon and Stephanie, for allowing me to follow your family around for the evening and help create some memories. And a GIANT thank you for being so patient and waiting for your images while I was out of town – you guys are awesome! Hope you love your pictures
Baby Jackson – 23 Days New {Spring Hill Brooksville FL Newborn Photographer}
Posted on September 11, 2011
Sweet baby Jackson – he was a total last minute squeeze in on the schedule. Normally newborn sessions are held during the first 2 weeks after baby’s birth when they still have their curled up little bodies and sleep like, well, a baby! Since Jackson was a little older, we had to work a little harder for our shots. Luckily, he has the sweetest parents who were super patient with me and Jackson as we worked to capture some little baby images for them. It might have taken us a while, but we were able to get some sweet shots of the new little man!
Even at three weeks old, Jackson was still a teeny, less than 7lb little guy. So precious!

Jackson’s mom, Mackenzie, apparently has a weakness for giraffes. My baby giraffe hat from Marti’s Creation’s was just perfect for Jackson’s session!
I love baby smiles – and a baby smile with dimples – words cannot describe the cuteness!
With as hard as we work to keep babies sleeping at a newborn session, occasionally I get a very wide awake little one. As long as they’re happy, it’s the perfect chance to get a few shots with baby’s eyes open. There’s just something about that wide-eyed wondering gaze of a new baby that is so precious and innocent.
SUCH a beautiful little family!

David and Mackenzie – thank you so much for inviting me into your home. Spending the day with your little family was a pleasure! I am just thrilled that our schedules worked out last minute so that we could make this session happen. Best of luck to you and your sweet family on your upcoming new adventure!
